Hi Guys,
I really should be in church this morning....I am not even going to make any excuses.
You guys better enjoy this picture of my feet because I am taking this mess down in a week. OMG! I am already tired of looking at them! I can't believe I put myself out there like that.
As it stands, Jen is the biggest Loser. I told her that we would give the others until Monday to post their loss and then we will declare the winner but that wouldn't be fair to Jen. SOOOO! JEN CONGRATULATIONS! YOU ARE THE BIGGEST LOSER!!!!! YOU GO GIRL! YOU JUMPED IN AND KICKED BUTT!!! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU! YOU STAYED THE COURSE AND WORKED IT OUT!
Lori, that picture was actually taken in the bedroom of my basement. It's a tile with a granited rock look. The entire basment is done in this tile except the side where my pool table and my washer and dryer are. I was thinking about carpeting the entire basement except the gameroom area and bathroom area. I was told that carpeting the gameroom part would cause the pool table to not be balanced, but that thing is so, so heavy I think it would be ok, but I decided to leave it alone. I didn't carpet the familyroom because I have a fireplace and a bar in that area and I would have to worry about drinks getting spilled or sparks and flames from the fireplace. So I decided to leave it the way that it is, less stress and confusion. If somebody spills something all I have to do is get a bucket and mop. If the fireplace sparks, I don't have to worry about the house possibly burning down with tiles....I don't think!
Lori, If you are going to paint your bathroom a reddish color, I don't understand how this color would compliment that red. Or maybe you were saying that you were thinking about tiles and not specifically the color my tiles. Girl, I thought about you asking me about my flooring, you are just like me when I look at a pictures. I am always looking in the background/surroundings of the picture and then I focus on what's evident in the picture! My mother and sister always make jokes when I do this because it takes me forever to simply look at pictures!

yeah, I was thinkin of tiles, i actually like that color though but i don't know what i will do yet .... i want to stay with a brownish tone... i'm gonna paint my kids bath bright yellow ... ya'll think i'm crazy but i stayed in a beach house this past summer and it turned me into a freak ... i want my house to actually jump out and smack you in the face, in a good way of course, lol. i found some brick walling stuff ... it really isn't brick but i am turning my kitchen into a "coffee house" ... it will rock when i'm done! all the kids will love hangin out at my house, lol... i'm doing my daughters room in two colors, a pinkish mauve and a dark brown ... ya'll would just have to see the colors ... it's gonna be soooo cool! we're doing my boys' room in camo and my living room actually looks more like a doctor's office, weird i know but i love colors ya'll and i ain't skeerd to use em' ... i'll start posting some pix when i get these things done, it will keep my mind off food too ... so thats a plus, congrats Jen!!!! ya big loser, lol...
