Squats 127.5 Quit on 3 rd set at 4, Bench press 82.5. 4 on 1, 3 on 2 3 on 3, 3 on 4, 3 on 5 row 75. Row 5x5 but not good form. 69 inclined dumbbell press 3x8 access
222.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
