The first time I've seen less than 200 on a scale since 1987. This is a momentous day! Though I'm more shocked than elated. I thought I'd be hanging around at 201-203 for a while longer. But it'll make me happy to go weigh in at my doctor's on Friday and be under 200. There won't be any massive Thanksgiving feast to add a few pounds the day before. It's just me and my dad at this point. He lives in a state of grace and gratitude toward the world in general, so thanksgiving is just a lifestyle for him. I'm not that good, but I try.
