I was very excited when I got up this morning, pulled my jeans out of the dryer, put them on and they were loose! I have only lost 2 lbs however I can really tell that I am losing inches.

I started at 255 lbs last year and got all the way down to 200 lbs. I was only 15 lbs from my goal weight when I gained 11 lbs over the winter. I am on my way back down so I am excited that I only have 24 lbs to go at this point. I am really taking this seriously and hope to continue to see results.

I really enjoy working out especially zumba or step aerobics. I just feel like a whole new person because I am taking care of myself!
