Not bad yesterday for going to two separate restaurants with two different groups. Stuck with vodka drink, counted my wings and divided my entree in half before touching it. No wine which would have eroded my resolve at that point. Going to swim in a minute, then meet up with friends visiting from the east coast. Weight holding this morning, sticking with the 1200/day goal for most days. Did some floor stretching this morning to work the back/hip/knee/ankle thing. Need to set a reminder to do it every day. Felt good and I need some work. Can someone swing by and pick me up off the floor??? 🤣🤣🤣

Not really, but I do creak more these days. Who thought that would be funny?

Should be a good day.

Edit for stats: 753 strokes, increased current (got butt kicked trying to kick against it without arms), 328 calories, HR 141. Kicked 5 minutes on high intensity. Little winded.
