Squats 117.5. Bench 80. Bent over row 70 go for clean lifts and warm up good. Heavy and full of fuel.
Bench 5 on 1, failed 5 on 2, 3 on 3 3 on 4 3 on 5

Nailed the squat. Some much energy two days of pasta and rice pudding. Energy on the bench just couldn’t access it in the muscle.

Accessories incline fly 42, 45, 52.5 sets of 10, tricep push down 60+. Curls big bar 25s
222.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
