Hit what some call a plateau. Personally I think there is an underlying fear. Even though I now know how gluten makes me feel, I chose to eat pizza not a bad result but it triggered something. The next day I ate cookies, and continued to eat foods that I knew would not help me feel good physically. Curiosity why would I do that to myself when I am starting to feel better. This leads me to refocus and today I am starting a functional Medicine cleanse/
