We got back yesterday from a 4-day trip to north GA, the land of BBQ and fried pies. Rained on the drive up but got cold and sunny when we got up the next day. The leaves were beautiful. Hiked a short trail to Tumbling Waters. Read most of the book, A Walk in the Woods. Gotta check it out at the library to finish it. So interesting.

Watched the Bama-LSU game. Was glad to see LSU win.

Surprised I didn't have a big weight gain but we were eating our main meal at lunch and snacking for supper. Ate way too many sweets. Gotta get back on the wagon today.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
