Glad I'm back at work...back on the steady, planned diet. All other concerns are out of my mind for a few days...but I will be going back home to the temptations again in about 12 days...
I'll figure it out...just have to have more self control...did a bit of exercise tonight, but not enough to make a huge difference. But some is better than none. I need to get back out to the construction site so that I am getting my exercise during my work day...
Anyway, it's past my bed time by about an hour...so hope everyone is having a good week.
Later.

That self control can really mess with us, can't it? I know exactly how you feel. For me, going MORE strict sometimes help. If there is no wiggle room to START muching on all the junk, then I never have to stop. I hope that makes sense. It's a lot harder to stop after the first cookies than it is to not start at all.

Yes, I totally agree...staying away is easier if you don't have the first taste.
