Day seven, and my calorie intake has been a little higher than I'd like. I know that I need to get healthier foods for lunch, but I can't until Dad gets paid on Friday.
I suppose in the meanwhile I'll have to make up for it with lots of exercise.
216.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
