Today I did everything I had to do to keep up with my new goal. Although I know that adding exercise to my plan will also add extra pounds that I don't really want. I'll have to remember muscles weigh more than fat and keep telling myself in time I will lose more weight as I build myself up and in the long run look better in my clothes.

My new goal is to:

1 hour exercise on my elliptical

64 oz of water daily

Food journal stay under 20 g carbs

Lose 1 to 2 pounds a week

Keep a positive outlook on my progress

Give myself one free day to go out and eat.

With all that being said I know I'll have my work cut out for myself.
