I have been eating more than my normal the last few days but eating only what I am supossed to , and losing more weight yea! so far down 9 pounds!
213.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 63.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1323 kcal Fat: 106.03g | Prot: 66.66g | Carb: 22.87g.   Breakfast: Original Bratwurst Chicken Sausage, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Cream (Half & Half), Fried Egg. Lunch: Cooked Red Peppers (Fat Added in Cooking), Green Bell Pepper, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken. Dinner: Bratwurst, Bratwurst. Snacks/Other: Cream Cheese, Diet Pepsi (Can), BBQ Pork Rinds, MiO Liquid Water Enhancer - Strawberry Watermelon. more...
