Am entering NOvember with a (hopeful) vengeance of no snacks and no processed carbs (bread, rice, pasta etc) after breakfast. A week in and would give myself a 90% score and think I've broken the back of late nite cravings. Plan is to get to 155 lb / 70.5 kg.
158.7 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
