Squats 97.5. Military press 40 struggled on 5 at 3, made 3 on 4 and deadlift 105
214.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
