No.... October 1 I weighed less. I'm starting to question if I have any idea what I'm doing. 😆Screw it. Just gonna keep going to the gym and eating in a calorie deficit. See what happens. At least since I don't limit myself or feel deprived, it's easy to stick with. Spinning my wheels...

You got it right - Just gonna keep going to the gym and eating in a calorie deficit. Full Diet Calendar always tells the story, Daily averages, monthly totals, your numbers will take weight off. Nice job.

Well, I know how it feels to have someone offer their unsolicited opinion... but that's not going to stop me. I know you have a number in mind and I'm not about to tell you ANYTHING. But I do want to tell you that in photographs, you look incredibly slim, fit & healthy. I would swap bodies with you in a heartbeat.

I do know what you mean. I kind of feel the same way. It's like every time I mention anything about myself 'right now' I feel I have to offer the qualifier 'yes,I know I still need to lose more to be a healthy weight'- so there, I said it. Point - I've never been 'this' weight this long. It's always swooshing down because of a huge deficit or climbing climbing because I stopped paying attention & just started lying to myself. So while I am no where near your weight or slimness, I'm just muddling along because you're right... IT's not a diet. It's that other thing. I just can't say the word. I've heard it to much. It makes me gag a little.

It's about figuring out what works for you and sticking with it. What ever works long term is what is best. You go, girlfriend; you are rockin' it! Nice reduction!

Chris- I'm not sure what you mean. I've been "serious" as you say since March. Whether the scale shows a change, idk. Maybe I'm putting on muscle? Just gonna keep measuring.

Sometimes it takes tinkering to figure out exactly what works. You'll get there. As long as you don't give up... because that never works, I've tried it.

I'm still doing anything for a loss, Chris- except it isn't working so I don't really trust the system as far as the scale. I'm maybe looking better? I don't take daily pics (or care to) so I don't know that either. Thank you, Letty- for the encouragement because i just read your post about losing 140 pounds in 14 months like WTF is wrong with ME?? Letty is losing 10#'s a month and I have nada. So- its hard to gauge since I'm still coming down from the late night chinese food a couple days ago but my lifting has been so amazing all of October. Maybe I'll remeasure on the 1st even though I just did it a couple weeks ago. I can at least make sure I'm not getting larger. LMAO

Bella- I won't say the word either- mostly because I'm not sure we are thinking the same one. 😂 If you knew how little i care about such things as what other people eat- you'd question if Diablo was my soulmate. I can't force myself to give 2 shits. Eat or don't and hopefully it works for you (general you- not just YOU)

Eh- whatever you say. I want to see a much lower number on the scale. I want my 12's to be falling down. I did get a text from David at the gym that said "Yeah girl- I can see your triceps and deltoid defined from here" I told him it was because I was wearing one of his stringer tanks that has the back cut out more. But it was definitely nice to hear. I mean read.

You need to look up some success stories of women who end up weighing more but look like they lost more weight. It’s common. It’s obvious what you do works. You were not this weight last year this time. So who cares! The scale gets on my nerves too. I’m eating a surplus yesterday and today. Shaking it up a bit. I’ve upped weights and I need more fuel. Super busy week for me and I can’t be dealin with no hunger. Scale goes up, who cares!! I know it evens out as I’ve seen over and over again this past year, so quit whinin gurl and lift, and then lift heavier. And make sure to drop a dumbbell on your scale and crush it!!!!! 😂💪🏻🤪
