Day 5 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

I am almost motivated to act right this weekend to hold onto my recent fat loss (the scale is not telling the whole story this week because I can feel and see a reduction in fat on my body vs. the past weeks).

Let’s see what happens…

Agreed, scale doesn't always tell the whole story. I dropped only 2 lbs over an entire month with consistent 1,000 cal deficits, but dropped 3 inches from my waist. I'll take the old clothes not fitting over what the scale says any day. Carry on. Stay the course :)

@gz9gjg - I'm gonna 'own' this one :) I got no willpower haha! My brain know what the 'sensible course of action' is, but, as soon as the food hits my mouth... all bets are off. *sometimes* I can do the 'sensible thing', that is what I call 'acting right', but, don't bet on me, you're lose your money Haha!
