Joan 1958's Journal, 18 March 2013

Monday my favorite day of the month. I asked Lisa to help me with a diet plan. I'll try my best. I've been off track for about 6 months, and I gained about 40lbs.. Drepression and the FMS pain was just too much. I'm still very sore, but the weight gain is hurting worse. There is hope. I will watch all my shopping trips. I will not exercise til I'm in better shape.
