I decided yesterday that I want to do this not only for myself, but for my children. I want to ride carnival rides with Caleb next year freely. My goal is to consistanly lose 1 - 2 pounds per week. I will try to weigh in at work every monday.

Today the time I was hungriest most is right now 1030 at night in bed ready to go to sleep.
