Squats 3x12 35, bench 67.5, row 55 nailed it all.

Accessories: e curls 35 3X6, 8 tricep rope 55 3x10
213.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
