Happy fall morning! It is going to be a fantastic day. That is my attitude today. The last two weeks have been hellacious at work for a variety of reasons and I didn't handle things very well. I am focusing my mind and energy on me. Doing what is best for me. I can't control outside forces but I can control how I react to them. I bought some weights this morning to start the toning process. And I will clean the treadmill off. I've got to get moving and will do it in a variety of ways. I hope everyone has a beautiful day. The picture below is a bridge close to where a friend grew up in West Virginia. Such a nice fall picture.
