Feeling VERY discouraged. Lost two pounds while on a business trip. Came home, ate just like I always do, resumed my regular schedule and walking, and put the two pounds right back on. =( Will try to up my exercise to break past this plateau.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
