@mrsroboto - Thanks! I'm just 'treading water' this week. I actually decided to eat last night. I Plan to do the normal no solid food fast for the rest of the week.

@adef It good to switch things up sometimes! I did IF 18/6 last week, just to kinda trick my body. 😂 I’m back to OMAD this week. It’s so much easier to only think about food once a day! Or maybe I’m just lazy? LOL

@mrsroboto - I understand. I 'prefer' the feeling of my body when in 'fasting mode'. My desire to eat was purely 'mental'.
