Rock on, but don't you think you may be weighing in a bit too often lately?

No, I think for every person it depends on them. Most of the time I steadily lose 1 lb a day, sometimes more (I am an anomaly in that way I guess but soon I know I won't lose a lb a day, when that happens I won't weigh myself everyday) Then sometimes I stall. I have always weighed myself every day, it's just that for the past few months I've not stayed on my diet very well and I've not updated my FS diaries, so you can't see that. I personally like seeing the loss every day for motivation, and I like seeing when I stall because problems can be pinpointed easily and quickly. And I can see quicker when I've broken thru a stall. That's just me, I'll change my routine when I feel it's time :)

Hi Shadowx1110, I feel the same way I like to be able to pinpoint the foods that caused the stall. It helps us to know our bodies better.

I have to admit that I jump on the scales every morning also. I find that it helps me stay motivated and keeps me from wanting to do any late night snacking.
