Hey!
Thanks to you guys, I am feeling so much better today! I mean it from the heart when I say this.... I have friends that I hangout with from time, but you guys are the kind of friends that I have always dreamed of having! Wouldn't it be something if we all lived in the same city!
Anyway, I don't have good weight news today....I weighed in at 188.6 this morning. I am not surprised. I didn't do anything extra to get the weight off, so I got what was expected!
Next week I am pledging to lose 4LBS! I am going to lose 4 POUNDS by Saturday, October 13,2007 People! I am going to take a picture of me standing on the scale so that you guys can see the scale reading! I am seriously going to do this so don't laugh at my feet! I know I can do this and I will!
Anybody Else? Is there anyboby else on here that is BRAVE enough to take the challenge!!!!! It's only 4lbs and we have 7days to do it in! We can all do this, but if I have to, I WILL do it alone. I will be waiting for your responses!
Again, thanks Guys for the encouragements and eye-opening words, It's good to know that I can always count on my internet buddies when times get tough.

LOL! I just may do the same. My feet are big and ugly! Don't get me wrong I love them and I thank God for them, but they are some funny looking things! Maybe I have my father's feet!

Believe me I'd love to do this with you! I happen to really like my feet lol. I'm just goin' off my diet until I get better due to the dr's advice...I need more vitamin c than what I'm getting. He told me to drink lots of orange juice...so...I'm worried about my weight, but, I have to worry about my health first...it will come back off *sigh* next week, hopefully I will b much better and I'll b back on with you!

I would love to be able to do this with you but I have no control over what my body chooses to do. I'm pretty consistent with what I do with this eating program and I lose pretty consistently 1 lb/week. I don't want to eat less and I can't exersize more. I guess I will be in the slow weight loss group. Good luck everyone! And Reina--why can't you just take vit c tablets?
