Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 112% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.1% and is out of range...
Lift day!!!
159.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
