Deep Sleep ☑️

Over the last week or so, I see a major improvement in deep sleep. So much so, at this point I see myself finished with the 'Improve Sleep' project.

Lately I've had a keen focus on removing stressors, and increasing nutritional richness of my daily food. The last addition was calcium from egg shells.

My eye sight stay crystal clear, and I feel that is another bonus from having had a keen focus on raising the bar on nutrition. Every now and then I get the 'I'm done now' feeling, Think I'll just enjoy that feeling for a bit, before new challenges come.

keyten77 That sounds right. It does feel good to wake with smile, humor and energy. Was hard to figure out what to do to get sleep fixed. Took me six months.

Diddlee, did you simply research ways to get better sleep? Just wondering what resources you used.

Becc@ It's been a long road. Read a lot from many sources. Tried many things. Cannot pinpoint exactly what brought me over the hill. I know there is a strong link between gut and brain. By making the gut feel good, the mind feel good too. In a nutshell, be kind to our internal skin. There is that. Then you have the need for animal fats for our brain, nerves and hormones. Like for good Melatonin production, fats are needed. Then there is meal timing for great comfort. Stressors that can keep us awake. Unknown to me, calcium seem to have given me a greater calm. I suspect that is an isolated individual thing though. Hope you find your magic bullet. It makes a big difference.

I won't lie. I'm happy for you but these photos are as triggering to me as food photos used to be for you, LOL.
