Well yesterday was one of those gorgeous days that if you did not get out. And enjoy it, you would just kick yourself.
So I did get my ass out of the apartment. After all it was 12c outside, only had to wear jeans and a hoodie! Felt absolutely great, not to be bundled up. Anyways ended up walking around for almost 4 hrs. Not a quick pace because my neighbour was with me, but slow and steady. Feel it a tad bit today, mainly in my butt! Lol
Today however it's grey skies and raining, and that is the forcast for the entire day.
Oh well!!
Food yesterday was cereal, and a pasta dish! Both left lumps in my throat thanks to my meds!!
