Getting REALLY frustrated at the weight yo-yo-ing since I actually exercised and burned more calories than I ate last week :(. After vacation(8/14-22) I will be going back to WW online and putting a STOP to this process no matter what it takes. Have gained 10 lbs this summer which is totally frustrating especially since I've been exercising regularly, even if I haven't been making the best food choices.

Did 20 mins jogging challenge---WOW, did that hurt! Jogged 1.21 miles in 20 mins, not too bad, but slow(3.6 mph). Then I walked until it got almost dark and I was really sore, for a total of 3.70 miles in 75 minutes(shooting for 5 miles for the other challenge(15 miles/week). Feel sore, but good! Burned 521.5 calories, not bad at all!

Just chip away at it. It's the calorie delta that counts!
