It's Friday...
Had an interesting day yesterday. Had to see my psychiatrist whom I really do not like at all. But managed through it the best I could. Hung out with a friend in the afternoon. Problem was that I could not eat at all during the day. The thought of food made me gag! So I held off till I got home and then literally munched my face off. Very sore tummy today.

I don't think going to a shrink that you hate is going to help you at all. I mean, you have to confide stuff to them, and if you don't respect him.... Maybe you should think about finding a new one? Good luck!!

Yeah, I'd find a new doctor. I woudln't be able to deal with a doctor I hate. Sorry you couldn't eat. Hopefully today is better for you. Hugs!
