I blew it big time. I am so dissapointed in myself. I fell and bruised my ribs and couldn't do my exercises so I just sat around and ate. I need to get back on track now! I now weigh more than I did when I started. I weigh 168.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
