Very nice. Do you measure your ketones often?

I usually measure 5 of 7 days . I seem to be adaptive as I fall in and out ---.4 to .8 K usually. But can fluctuate very LO reading to 1.8K high. So I have learned not to panic...just pay attention. The alternative to this WOE is a miserable obsession.
