One workout (after about a week off)....38 minute walk on treadmill after 9:30 p.m.

FOOD:
Breakfast: Visalus strawberry shake
Lunch: Smoked Herring & Beat Salad (1/2c.) + Kale & Smoked Herring Salad (1 cup)
Dinner: Liptons Onion Mix Roasted Potatoes + Chinese Spice Boneless Chicken Breasts (2) + Green Beans
Snack: Almond Paste Piroulines / Blueberries
