Stop it! Just stop it right now! Give all the coworkers and fam permission to smack the food out of your hand if they see it, set mouse traps around your sneaky snacks... no... FOCUS! Stop sabotaging this shit and get real, yo! I want you to lose that stupid couple pounds by the first as much as you do, honestly. The sad part is, it could still be lower than your target weight if you put your foot down and took the gun away from it.

Eh- I mean I haven't gone to the gym for 2 days. I was going to go on the way to see my mom yesterday and then thought- no- there's a PF right by the hospital so I will do a check in on her and then go. That turned into her being discharged earlier than I thought. Then I told Diablo I'd meet him at our PF at 5 but didn't want to leave my mom alone and by the time her husband got home at 5:30- I was exhausted and just went home. Not too over in calories but not making great choices. Today I head to Milwaukee for dad's open heart surgery but I am waiting for PF to open because I have to go today. Just driving in cars and trying to stand and walk at the hospital is not giving me the same calorie burn as lifting for an hour and trying to remain active. Long fucking week though- I'll tell ya that. Still certain that I will hit my Oct 1 goal easily. Truth be told- I shouldn't have weighed 193 on 9/1. Those were undeserved random losses and my body gave them back to me. 194.5 would have been more accurate. Guess I'm chatty today. Peeperjj jr over here. Good day! Or good night again.

Thanks everyone! 2 days can easily turn into 4 of no gym if I keep saying "oh this happened so now I can't go " you all are right though. Currently at pf on the leg press. Think I'll do a little of everything since I've been "off". Yes, dad's surgery is way more serious. Prayers appreciated, Christopher! Ttyl.

Velvetee...if I had your body I wouldn't be worried. But I'm not just brutally honest with others... I need to be honest with myself and Chris is right...I'll start the "I'm exhausted" excuses and yesterday I truly was but in actuality, lifting helps me deal with stress and get that nervous energy put to use. I understand what all of you are saying though and each is correct! 😘💕

You’ve got a lot going on right now. Give yourself some grace and do the best you can. You’re a strong girl, and you’ll get that goal, even if it’s not on the timeline you had hoped for, I know you’ll get there! PS- NONE of the timelines I’ve set have panned out, because...life happens! I hope your dad’s surgery goes well. Hang in there girly! 💕

DP- look forward to the future and prioritize what that means for you. Does spending time with your mother and father now have more importance than the gym or dropping pounds. Sometimes we do not have a do over in our choices of how we spend our time and what we prioritize in life. All the best to you and your family.

I'm 5'9". @crazy...yes it means a lot to me but my dad is in Wisconsin so spending time with him is not going to be possible more than maybe 4-5 times a year. My mom lives in the same town as me so there is plenty of time spent and at least 3 calls a day. My weight loss goals are becoming a top priority but not taking over family. 💕 I had to buy more 12's because the 14's aren't fitting as well. I know a size 12 is not something some girls on here would consider a low size and some would die if they woke tomorrow in that size but for me it's very exciting. 😆 don't know what size a normal weight will put me in. We'll find out soon enough! I hope you don't mind that I call you crazy, crazy. I❤️it. But if you do, I'll resort to ccc.
