I am plugging away... I am encouraged because of the exercise I have been doing... I walked 7.25 miles yesterday and 6.5 for the past two days before that. If it were not for Zumba or exercise dance and walking I would not be so motivated. I am not getting bored because I am using a variety of exercise. I sure hope that pink cloud lasts... I have also been doing well with my sugar intake which since August 22nd I have been abstinent from. What that means for me is that I had to give up coffee which is one of my top favorites in the world. So Coffee and Sugar dang I can hardly believe it. I tried Stevia and Erythritol in my coffee and that wasn't going to work, so it made giving up coffee not quite as difficult. So regaining fitness has a price but the outcome of a healthy long life makes the journey worthwhile.
