Happy happy Saturday...

Let them endorphin critters flow...had planned on doing a nice easy 15 mile ride on zwift this morning...as I got ready...or at lest that’s what I had told myself before I entered the fitness room and turned on zwift and got it all setup...I had a choice between watopia and Yorkshire...I chose Yorkshire..just cause it’s a newer course...then opened up the routes..thought I picked one with not that much elevation...guess I was wrong...

Blood pressure before ride..134/70..after ride 134/67...lest it’s staying close to 130...

Not sure if I’m mowing yard today or not...it’s really slowed down on growing..I’m kinda glad...was kinda getting out of mood to cut...

Just finished breakfast...thinking about making a riced cauliflower..cheese..veggie burger casserole..something easy to set up..not a lot of mess...

@mom...i always use to avoid climbing hills...but thats what builds the legs up....3 achievements this morning....and i just did that rout last week..and rode faster today...so got 3 personal bests...
