I shouldn't have gone w/girls for lunch and had beef taco,rice and burrito. When w/I learn?? Nothing after that!!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't beat yourself up....LEARN how to deal with a similar problem when it happens again. Maybe eat just half of whatever you want, or no rice..completely denying yourself doesn't work in the end. Try putting your food down between bites, talking more during lunch and paying attention to your eating...then STOP eating when you aren't hungry anymore...make it a game to try to leave something on your plate. We are all struggling...good luck!
