Ate lunch at Landry's with Lib and didn't do too badly. Instead of fish and chips, which I love, I got a bowl of chicken & sausage gumbo and a salad. Also had some bread, but not too much. I could've skipped supper because I was not too hungry but Mr C made spaghetti squash with meat sauce and it was tasty.

Gotta go to the gym today to keep my metabolism revved up. I feel pretty good. Got a new pillow and my stiff neck feels slightly better.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
