I’ve been content with maintaining in the 150s but didnt want to get this high or stay here for too long. It’s been too long. This morning I realized that I won’t have clothes for my trip next Friday. All I do is work and workout so I forgot that my “going out” clothes are gonna be too tight. The jeans are 8 and small 10s 😞 So what will I do about it? I’m at the gym. I had another crappy night sleep. About 4.5 hours so I wasn’t going to go this morning. But after dropping off the kids I figured I better go and do what I can now before I go home and start meal prepping and eating 😪 wish me luck. I stopped in Publix to get a snack. Starbucks cubano: 60 cals and chicken empanada: 220 calories. Hopefully it will be enough to wake me up!
162.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing great! You turned it around even after not getting a good night's sleep. You'll have a good time in NYC whatever you wear. You can always dress up those jeans with snazzy shoes, blouse and jewelry and you'll be good to go, just like the models. 👍💋

Thanks guys! I already made chicken carbonara with turkey bacon, peas and gnocchi. I made Greek yogurt onion dip and I will be making tuna salad, hard boiled eggs and picadillo. I’m eating the onion dip right now and it is so good! Fat free plain Greek yogurt with dried French onion dip packet. Great way to get protein!

tatauu22, On my phone, I open a browser, go to FatSecret.com, go to settings, choose "desktop site". Then scroll to the bottom, click on "Report abuse". Enter the user name and why you are reporting them, then click on "send". If the button is hidden, rotate your phone and it should appear.

You are doing good, you already came so far so you know what ya gotta do! keep on keeping on. :) The thrift shop is a good friend to dieters because we can save money while on our journey and body change, maybe hit one up and splurge on bigger clothes that you can re donate in the very near slimmer future.

Ugh i hate that not having fun out on the town clothes! Dawnie, you are doing amazing. It is the long haul that counts, and you are crushing it! Looking fwd to seeing your food prep and of course your trip!

Aaaaarrrgggghhhhh! Been there/felt that. 😬 Any chance wearing Spanx is an option? It’d make the 10’s fit for sure, and possibly the 8’s. Plus, if you don’t have any Spanx, it’s only buying one thing to make many things fit (believe me—I’ve tried everything over the years!😂).

You did a great job getting to that gym in spite of a bad night's sleep - I hope it makes you feel better today. That meal prep sounds wonderful - I have never used Greek yogurt as a dip base but I will definitely have to try it! Enjoy the day and your trip to NY!!!! And I hope you get a good night's sleep tonight!!

Hey you’ll be in my city. Have fun!!! PS nobody gives a shit what you wear. Just have comfy shoes and a good purse to carry around. Oh and cash for coffee carts, food trucks, street vendors etc...

Thanks guys 🤗😍 I tried on the jeans to see which ones will be possible and all but 1 fit. They won’t be very comfortable (very snug around my Whitegirlass🍑) but if I lose a lill before I leave then I can comfortably regain while I’m there 😅😅😅😅😅 The pair that is too small fits everywhere but the calves 😑😑

Laraae I don’t like the idea of wearing spanx. I think I would be way too hot (being under jeans). That would make it easier though. Eatlittle I forgot about the thrift store! I should check that out on my way to work.
