Okay so I had to run through a bloody drive thru again today because of time. I skipped the soda, yay me! But well I had the fries and the chicken was chik-fil-a so fried and greasy and of course I HAD to do the sauces. On the up side I used a little less sauce than usual and only got the 3 piece tenders (tenders having less breading over all than nuggets and the 3 piece being the smaller serving)

The coolest thing is because of the calorie counter I knew I did not have a lot left for dinner since my goal is always a deficit of (calories eaten to calories burned) of 2,000 to 2500 and I skated in at 2028!!

Dinner was uber healthy tilapia loan baked with a little olive oil and frozen spinach sauteed with garlic and Olive oil. Oh and I sprayed on some balsamic on the spinach for the sour.

At least you made some healthier choices for your other meals, and skipped the soda. I've started packing myself snacks and lunch, otherwise I'd be getting drive thru food most days. Not only would that be bad calorie wise, it's hard on the bank account too. Those drive thru days that we all have sometimes are hard, but it sounds like you still made it a positive day, so good for you!!
