I have gained another .5 lbs. so I am back to my original weight. I think it's time I get serious. The problem is my husband doesn't care what I look like so I have not support once I get home! I have to resist drinking the DR. Pepper and figure out a diet plan that I can stick to, yet not starve myself.

I'm finding of all the diets I have tried this year after 2 surgeries, nothing worked except counting calories the old fashioned way. I keep track on Fat Secret, but I joined DietBet and find the community spirit and healthy competition, plus a little money involved spurred me on. Good Luck and do it for you!

I have the same problem. No support from my husband. He has no interest in eating healthy or exercise. I have found that logging in everything I eat is very helpful. I notice the days that I eat more calories than I exercise is when the pounds start to creep back up. I have been trying to exercise every day even if it's only for 15 minutes. It does add up. I also found that a handful of mixed nuts is a good snack. Just don't eat too many because they are high in calories. Good luck
