So a couple of weeks back i was having a hard time falling asleep. Not a problem now, now I am back to being able to sleep with no problems.

I am headed into a very busy, not really stressful, just busy time the next 6 weeks or so. I am hoping that I will still be able to get all my exercise in. I am really finding that I miss it if I don't.

On fun note I will be running my first 5k on Saturday. I walked one 2 or 3 years ago but haven't run one since I was in college.
