Okay so I overindulged for lunch a bit. Popeyes will do that but I got only a 2 piece. I should not have gotten the soda, though, silly empty calories I am working on being less of a sucker for "it comes with the meal" I don't mind spending calories on food I love in small quantities but I have basically given up soda because it really is not something I crave. The beauty of the log is I can make sure to have a light dinenr and still come in at almost a 2,000 calorie deficit because I was good for breakfast too :) and wallked my hour this am.

I justify my soda because it's diet, there aren't any calories, but I still shouldn't drink it. Sounds like the rest of your day will be good food wise, so at least you've got that planned out. And good for you on getting some exercise in this morning!!
