Dimpelmeiers spelt and wild rice bread is soooo yummy and filling and tastes great under salmon or tuna.
I have a bag of unsalted nuts beside my chair for snacking purpose. because I'm lacking some molars it takes me a long time to crunch the nuts which keeps me from eating too many!
