Cut wheat from my diet ate other grains and legumes instead...such as lentils, barley and spelt. New breads are delicious! No sugars except natural in fruits or veggies. This diet is very easy to stick to and beneficial. I feel great.
301.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 141.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week
