Wee so yeah not logging or paying good attention for a week-end a half is showing up. I am back now. Going to do a pretty low cal day to re-start my weight loss. Had to weigh in for my Biggest loser challenge at my Chiropracters office and I was up 2lbs :( So back to healthy habits I go, I go!
247.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
