Day 395- So to ramble some more.... The more and more I learn and feel from what I eat it is quickly clear that is not as simple as calories in minus calories out. What you eat has so much to do with it. I don't even know where to start but to say I have been in a 'normal' grocery store in over a year to really shop. I have stopped in a bought a bag of ice, flowers or something like that... but not shopping. It turns my belly to even look at what is on the shelves and how I use to try to buy as much as I could because I thought having a full house of food was what you are suppose to do? Just like a $1 menu at you know where. All it meant was I could get more for my $5, more death in a wrapper, LOL.

This morning I stopped and got a cup of coffee and had just listened to a pod-cast about a guy that went to black coffee and loss 15lbs after dropping the creamer. You know what, my belly did not feel so good after my coffee and my chemical filled creamer..... I have been thinking about dropping the creamer for about a month and I think I am just going to do it 'cold turkey'. (I know I should drop the coffee all together, but I love the smell and flavor and it has been the one 'old journey' thing I kept....

BTW, if you are a pod-cast person and are looking for some that will get you thinking I suggest Know your food & the Rich Roll podcast, they both come from different angles, but I have learned a lot. If you are an athlete or exercise a lot you will like to pointers on Rich's.

Thanks for the podcast suggestions! I gave up the creamer (but I only used powdered milk).. I have it sometimes just as a treat. In fact, i basically drink decaf now too (if I have it), even switched to tea. YA. Where do you shop? I basically go to the meat/non processed isle, dairy and produce... dog food, and not much else, everything else is sodium filled and processed. My cooking sucks, but my body likes it. Keep up the good work and discovery, ain't it great!
