Happy happy Sunday...rest day from zwifting...

so gonna prep food ahead and clean out the closet...and a file cabinet...decided today...I have stuff that I no longer need or use...why not pass it along..or throw it away...down size...take the clothes to the clothes closet store to resale...sort thru the file cabinet...and shred what’s shred able...might even get rid of file cabinet...just in that kind of mood today...

Rain this afternoon supposedly...

The change in food..well..getting off dairy...has gotten my body back on track of releasing once again..mostly in inches...has a nsv last night..tried on a pair of summer shorts I bought at walmart 3-4weeks ago...they fit then..but wasn’t comfy..then I put on a few pounds...and yes they fit..but I couldn’t get them to button...good news..they button again...bad news...seasons are changing...shorts are on a time limit...before it will be sweats once again...or blue jeans...

Need to get up and moving..get prep of food thawing...and get back up and moving or my cleaning of the closet will fade to another day....

So far..1 extra scale that works..extra tennis shoes that never fit right..4 extra t ahirts..20 pair of white socks..i switched to a different brand 6 months ago...done sorting clothes for today..prep food is thawing..next..the file cabinet...and its only 830 am...

I have that to do, also. I don't want my family to have to sort thru my 'treasures' that are no longer needed. And I have a whole room devoted to them. Not good. I applaud you and your determination to get the sorting done. 👍

I try and sort paperwork ever so often..but alot of what i get thru the mail is either banking or stock market...kinda got to shred that stuff...

Wow! Your plan today is ambitious. I could clean out a closet. sort thru a file cabinet or prepare meals for the week....pick one! I'd never accomplish all of it in one day 😊 Congrats on the shorts. Shorts can still be worn with a long sleeve shirt in the Fall til it gets really cold 😀

2 1/2 drawer file cabinet cleaned out..and in the pile of things headed out the door...important papers can go in safe i never use...as i said..so many personal property not being used...why keep it....sometimes collecting looks cluttered room...

I keep track of my accounts totally online. When I'm gone, it'll be a PITA to access them, even though the shortcuts are saved to my "financil" folder in my browser. I have to get in the habit of printing and filing a statement, and adding my user name and password, at least once a year. Like @dboza, the contents of my "indoor she-shed" also need a good pruning!

all this waits until the end of gardening season at my house; winter is coming.

I’ve been at that for a long time. I have so much hiking, camping, beach, mountain, desert “stuff” that I at least need to downsize. I no longer need 4 tents although all of this stuff is now a part of my earthquake preparedness plan. We have been told we need to be able to fend for ourselves for 3 weeks. I’m storing 40 gallons of water plus food. Daunting just keeping track of it all.
