Happy happy Saturday..

Just finished my morning ride/workout on zwift..rode 5 days in a row this week..just trying to give this body the exercise it needs..to keep it guessing...almost took today off..but then thought...if I ride today..I can take off tomorrow..or maybe do an outside ride..my outside rides are usually 30 min rides...just need to feel the fresh air..from time to time..

Another not sure what today holds day..spent a lot of yesterday on front porch rocking in rocking chair...just taking it easy..watching everyone speed by..in a hurry...I use to be one of them people..but figured out..if you leave earlier..no tush to get there...

I’ve noticed eating low cholesterol..and still doing a 15-17 hour fasting..when I get on to ride..my tummy is already telling me it’s hungry after the first 15min...something I use to never noticed when I ate low carb...just what I’ve noticed this past week..I can still hit 30 carbs or so depending on how hungry I get...

Welp..time to eat...do the morning chores..get rest of day in gear...

Keep an eye on the scale as well so that you can maintain and the changes does not make you gain since that is not going to help you with your overall goals
