Did NOT have a good diet week . . . I didn't over eat . . . just was so busy that I didn't eat the right foods at the right times. It was also a very stressful week >>> this can wreak havoc on any diet plan. I'm glad that I managed not to gain.
ALSO I had a bad cold all week which just made me feel awful and it was hard to exercise without coughing. Just a really miserable week that I'd like to forget about now and move on!!!!
267.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sometimes the stresses of life take precedent over trying to eat healthy & exercise when you should - the main thing is to keep focussed on your goal - you might well have a bad weigh in like me - but it's about picking yourself up and keeping going - it's going to be SO worth it in the end. Apparently you shouldn't exercise too hard when you have a cold/flu anyway as it puts extra pressure on your heart. Hope this week is better for you too x
