8/28/2019 - Still not deleting my Bio... I have been on a crazy out of control path with food and it's time now for me to reel myself back into sane food choices and a fitness plan. I love Zumba so I will dance my way back to health. I know what to eat and I have eliminated sugar, coffee, cokes, beer, and have limited my meat choices to infrequently with 3-4 ounce portions when I do eat meat. Also, I quit smoking everything. I went to a Fitness Convention last weekend called Dallas Mania and it helped me figure out some things regarding my health. I love being healthy so I am back on that path...
